This is our standard qualification. Those students who choose not to opt for CIDA get one 50 minute period per week in this core ICT course throughout both Years 9 and 10.
What sort of coursework will I have to do, how will the coursework influence my final mark?
Students are required to produce one piece of coursework over the two years this is 60% of the assessment for this course.
What sort of activities will I be doing in class?
You will be involved in the design of company logos and colour schemes, letter-headed paper, brochures, web sites, posters, menus and powerpoint presentations and even sound or video advertisements.
How will I be examined?
The remaining 40% is available in a one hour multi choice examination at the end of the course.

How will I be assessed?
Recent subject materials have included health centre, travel and restaurants. This one piece of work makes up to 60% of the total mark.
